First of all, this drawing looks a bit better in real-life (the image itself is too big to scan all of the way and I'm too lazy to take a full photo of it).
 I think the picture itself is self explanatory; it pretty much is this: Left: Male hand = Water/Ice with Sun background Right: Female hand = Fire with Moon background |
